Second meeting of Proctorial Board, Northwest Institute of Health Sciences was held here today. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Subhan ur Rehman (PT) Head of Proctorial Board, Principal NWIHS. He welcomed the participants of the meeting.
A range of issues including formation of proctorial committees on department basis, maintaining code of conduct within institution and keeping green and clean the institute were discussed.
Members of proctorial board, HoDs and students’ proctors participated in the meeting. The very basic aim of the board is to maintain discipline in the institute, to ensure proper dress codes and observe moral behavior of the students within the institution.
It was recommended that the board will conduct regularly meetings to develop, review and monitor the outcomes
